30-day guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or refund.

Conditions for returns

• The product must be in good condition, in its original packaging.
• Write to us first at xmasland2026@outlook.com with your order number. We will give you the return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Defective or damaged product
If the product arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, send us photos or a video within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, and in that case we cover the return shipping.

International shipments
Shipping costs and import taxes or duties are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part.

How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email. The refund is issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
