Order processing
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times and shipping cost
The estimated delivery time and shipping cost depend on your destination country and are shown at checkout, before you pay. Delivery times are counted in business days from the moment the order leaves processing and are approximate: they may vary depending on the city, customs and the carrier.

Customs, taxes and duties
For international shipments, import taxes, duties or charges of the destination country may be the customer's responsibility, according to local law. The store does not control them.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delays
Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond our control (customs, weather, peak seasons, carriers). If your order takes longer than expected, write to us at xmasland2026@outlook.com and we will look into it with you.

Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to enter a correct address and phone number. If the package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping will carry a cost.
